Hi! My name is Kelly Carlsten and I'm a boarded medical oncologist who provides locum services for other medical oncologists throughout the Unites States. As someone who has worked most of my career as a solo oncologist, I know that it can be challenging to step away from the clinic.
I'm committed to delivering compassionate care and supporting both pets and their families throughout their cancer journey. My goal is to provide seamless transfer of care both prior to your time away and upon your return to work so you can really take the time off you need.
I love connecting with clients and helping their beloved companions during their cancer journey. I focus on comprehensive communication, providing high quality care and continuation of care plan provided by their primary oncologist. Additionally, I have over 10 years of experience with ultrasound and ultrasound-guided sampling.
I live in Bozeman, Montana and love to play outdoors. When not working, I'm probably hiking, skiing or fishing. My adventure buddies include my husband Paul, two dogs Hopper and Edwin as well as the cat of the house Hipple.
